Pokemon: Slow Moe the Slowpoke

Otherwise entitled: "How could this plan possibly fail?"

Lol, ok so this is my Slowpoke...which I am yet to get...called Moe, otherwise affectionately called "Slow Moe" due to his arrogant, yet dimwitted nature.
Ok, so Basically Moe, unlike other slowpoke, is very poor at fishing, and never seems to be able to catch a shellder, dispite his desperate need to evolve. Instead all he managed to catch are things like Sharpedo, tentacruel, and garados. Lol Poor little fella.
Hence why this plan is ultimately going to fail;
Floating out in deep waters, fishing for shellder...Ahh sucha dimwitted fellow ^^
